How to verify orders and addresses via WhatsApp using RapidShyp?
RapidShyp’s Order Verification feature helps you confirm customer orders and addresses through automated WhatsApp messages. Here’s how you can set it up:
1. Log in to your RapidShyp account.
2. From the sidebar menu, click on Settings.
3. Under the Value Added Services section, select Order Verification.
4. Click Activate to enable the feature and start sending WhatsApp messages for order confirmation.
5. Scroll down to configure the settings as needed.
6. Use the Channel Settings toggle to turn the feature on or off for specific sales channels.
7. Choose whether to enable or disable automated order actions based on your customer’s response.
8. If you prefer not to show product details in the message, turn on the Hide Product Details option.
That’s it! You’ve successfully activated and set up WhatsApp order verification for your shipments.
