How do I create an account on RapidShyp?

If you are new to RapidShyp, follow these steps to get started on our platform:


1. Go to app.rapidship.com.


2. Next, fill in your basic details: your name, work email address, phone number, and create a password that meets all the criteria. Click on “Sign up”.

3. You’ll receive an OTP on your phone number and email. Enter the codes, then click on Verify OTP.

4. Once verified, your account will be created, and will be ready for setup. The first step is to set up your business profile.

5. Add your brand details and select your monthly order volume, shipment weight bracket, product category, sales channels, and other details.

6. Click “Continue” to move to the next step, which is adding a pickup address for your shipments. You can also choose to skip this step.

7. Add a location title, a contact name and a contact number that you’ll need to verify. Next, fill in the complete address of the location.


This address will act as a pickup location for your shipments and will also serve as your company’s official address on shipping labels, freight invoices, and other documentation.

8. Click on “Continue” to move to the final step, which is completing your KYC. You can also choose to skip this step and your account will be created.

9. You have a RapidShyp account ready to use.
